Art 8: Abstract Art

This is a great little painting project that asks students to demonstrate their previously learned skills of brush control, colour mixing, gradation and introduces pattern and repetition, composition and the idea of abstraction.  Love these paintings!

GRAPHICS 10: Pattern & Repetition

This year's Graphics 10 1st major assignment.  I love this one cause it starts out with just ripping colour out of magazines and ends up as a really fascinating, complex and sophisticated assignment about colour theory, composition, principles of design and Photoshop skills.
